Meet the Coaches

Farah Fonseca

Farah founded Fonseca Fitness in 2012 and is our head coach. Farah has worked with thousands of women to help them to become the best version of themselves. In 2015, Farah studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. After that, started working with holistic coaches in America to learn more than what was covered with just a ‘basic’ personal training qualification. Farah has completed a course at the National Institute for Eating Disorders to help women and young girls address their relationship with both themselves, others and food. Farah also has many sporting achievements under her belt (quite literally).

For those who are ready to work hard, Farah is here for you. Not only for your time in the studio, but in all areas of your health journey.

Janka Eles

Janka is our Calisthenics coach and personal trainer. You’ll see Janka teaching Calisthenics on a Thursday evening. Janka started her fitness journey about 4 years ago and found her way into calisthenics about 3 years ago. Janka was intrigued to lean more about calisthenics and what her body could do, how it could be strong and move without the use of equipment. Calisthenics allowed Janka to set some new goals outside of the standard gym styles of training. One of her favourite movements is her handstand. Janka is excited to be part of the team at Fonseca Fitness as the calisthenics coach and work with women and show them how you can be strong just using your own bodyweight.

Ellie Tordoff

Ellie is an energetic busy mum of 3 young children and after her last baby discovered her love of strength training and the positive effects it had on both her physical and mental health. She loves to help other women who struggle with confidence after putting themselves last for such a long time. Having children is the most wonderful gift to have but it is so easy to lose yourself in and amongst the beauty of it all. Ellie qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2022 after a complete career change. She decided to change to Personal Training to encourage more women to be strong and confident in their own body while still enjoying life. She has a strong interest in mindset and behaviour change; a lot happens in the 23 hrs you are not in the gym! "She gets life as a parent & the juggle of work, school runs and self-care – her programmes are really tailored to my life! She has helped me challenge long established and deep rooted thought patterns around food and helped me work towards my goals in a way that is sustainable". Blanka Bimi

My name is Blanka Bimi. I am one of the coaches at Fonseca Fitness Ltd. I care deeply about our clients, and there's nothing I value more than helping somebody through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong! I want to be there for you to help discover the benefits and joys of training that helped me become the person I am today. I'm here to be your personal tour guide 😊 on every step of the way in finding your own happiness in training and feel good about yourself. I believe that when you FEEL GOOD and HAVE FUN, you excel in life! When I first began my adventure with fitness, I was anything but the picture of health with very low self-esteem. I decided to do something about it. I immersed myself in a new lifestyle and have never regretted it. I did, however, have multiple ups and downs. It took me years to decide to thoroughly examine my workouts and make necessary changes. Today, I am not only the fittest I have ever been but also the stroooongest! Powerlifting is my passion and am an accomplished table tennis player too if you ever fancy a game!

Vanessa French

I have been a Personal Trainer since 2018 and specialise in female body transformations & fat loss whilst putting your health and well-being first. Exercise has always been a big part of my life. I danced from a young age, loved athletics and then fell in love with weight training in my early twenties. This led to me competing in bikini competitions where I earned my Pro Card in 2016. I have a passion in understanding the roll our mindset plays in our body transformation journey. So much so that in 2020 I qualified as a NLP, Hypnotherapy and EFT practitioner. Bringing this element into coaching my clients has helped them have the breakthroughs needed to reach their goals. I am a Mum to my beautiful two girls. A wife & a needy dog owner. I’m so grateful that I get to do what I love every day and help women become their best version of themselves.

Rachel Judd

I qualified as a PT in 2022 after 10 years of enjoying my own training and exploring many different disciplines within the fitness industry. Fitness has been a huge part of my life for so long and I've experienced the extremes of over training and undereating in the past. I use my experiences, knowledge and qualifications to help others not fall into these extremes and find a way to making small changes and building a healthy and maintainable lifestyle around fitness, getting strong and eating well! My passion for fitness shines through in my training and I am known for writing some pretty brutal programmes...but adapt this to all levels of experience!
